When booking we looked for a Hotel with a restaurant and the EXPEIDIA BOOKING and the Hotel website that I accessed separately both showed more than one restaurant and other facilities. In the event the restaurants and lounge areas were being renovated so we were in a set of rooms with NO facilities and worse it was a building site with hammers and drills from 7 am. There were apologies but no help insisting that the website would have told us all of this.... IT does not. The room was fine - but the room breakfast was not good (we ate breakfast out on day 2 and got better in a a cheap cafe) ... A very misleading organisation - and no offer of any recompense. AND unable to find a contact no to discuss with EXPEDIA - we may not use expedia again.

What a fantastic stay . This would have to be the most awesome place to stay in Tauranga . Spotless and some of the most softest and comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on . Right in the middle of town and close to everything . We will definitely be back . Outstanding .

So very pleasantly surprised! Room was immaculate and well-appointed including robes, coffee, tea and toiletries. A lovely little balcony to catch the afternoon sun. Secured free parking. Close to many restaurants and a quick Uber to many others. Would highly recommend.

The team are so friendly and responsive, I felt well looked after when I stayed. The property is also smart and well designed. It was easy for us to find our way around. The room was very comfortable, in particular there was fantastic water pressure! The location is convenient near all the shops and walking distance to the bus station. There is construction next door to the property and our room faced it so we didn't use the balcony, but I didn't find it disrupted our sleep. It's our second stay and I'm sure not our last.
