"The room was clean and the bed comfortable (on the firmer side, but I like a firm mattress), great shower and had the facilities you need, but some aspects were a bit dated. Had a spa which we didnt use, but made use of the thermal pools which were great! Staff were really friendly and happy to help! Would stay again, value for money."

I’d booked ahead and specifically asked for a good window seat overlooking the lake which they didn’t reserve for us, so disappointed with that. Food was good but it felt very subdued and dated."
