レイクタホのホリデーパーク

「We didn't know about their fee schedule that charged substantial parking and resort fee outside the original price. We later found that casino hotels does it commonly. We should have stayed at a hotel or motel on the California side, just a few hundred meters away.」

「設備レベルと清潔感はモーテルの中でかなりレベル高い」

「Every thing was top notch」

「 We have never stayed at such a relaxing hotel. There were many hotels with the Hilton name, so at first we went to the wrong place, but we are truly glad we came here. The room was spotless and had a warmth that made it feel just like home. We instantly fell in love with this hotel.」

「Unsafe electrical plugs under the couch in living room.plugs will short and shoot flame under couch. No word from management after pictures and conversation with front desk.we loved the property but my wife was so scared it took a toll on my birthday trip.I would love to update my review when issue is resolved.」

「Staff was great, very clean, location is very good. Will come back for sure.」

「During our stay, our first room had an insect problem, and we were bitten while staying in it. The staff responded courteously and moved us to another room, which we appreciated. However, the replacement room had serious problems of its own: the lighting did not work properly, leaving the room very dark, and the electrical outlet directly next to the bed was visibly burned. Because of these conditions, we will not be returning to this place.」

「HPに掲載されている写真よりも、ずっときれいで大変満足しました。 キッチンも使いやすく、リビングも広々として快適でした。 シーズンオフのせいかとても静かで、スタッフも感じが良く 機会があったらまた利用したいです。」
