「とても良いお部屋でした。今まで宿泊したコンドミニアムの中で最高だったと思います。広くて明るくて清潔で。広くて使いやすいキッチン、シャワーブースと 大きなジャグジー，暖炉。9月下旬の宿泊で，日中は30度を超えるのに，夜はとても寒く，この暖炉が思いのほか役に立ちました。操作が簡単で，何とも心落ち着くものでした。1泊という短い滞在でしたが、ゆっくりとしたホテルライフを楽しめました。カリフォルニア側から50号線で登って行ったのですが 大変きつい登りで、芯からくたびれ、ゆえにこの滞在が本当にありがたかったです。ホテルのすぐ横にスーパーがあり、買い物便利。ただ、ホテルのエントランスがわかりにくく(表通りには、車寄せがありません)また、ホテルに規模に日して驚くほど小さい車寄せでした。セルフパークがあるのかもしれませんが、見つけることが出来ませんでした。バレーパークが24ドルというのは、高いのかもしれませんが、それも込みで納得いくサービスでした。」

「Love this place! It look just like the photos, very clean and it’s a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is mainly to reheat and store food, not suitable for cooking. Walkable to Heavenly Ski Resort area for food and shops. 」

「Perfect place for an awesome weekend get away with breath taking views of the lake right from the living room. Just a stone throw away from happening places in and around heavenly village and <10 min drive to locations in South Lake Tahoe. Beautifully designed and kept, to give that “at home” feeling. Host was super accommodative and responsive making our check-in, stay, and check-out a breeze. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back without even batting an eye. 」

「Our stay was very comfortable. We loved that it was spacious enough for all 10 in our party without being on top of one another. The game room and the hot tub were an added plus! Not a negative comment but this rental does have an abundance of stairs and not a good fit for anyone who may have ambulatory issues. Just a suggestion, I would install hand rails to the entrance of the rental since the front stairs are a little steep. Other than that we had a lovely time and would book again. Thanks!」

「We enjoyed access to the beach, and when we had questions we got answers almost immediately. The kitchen is upstairs which you can’t tell from the photos, and the bed in the upstairs bedroom (off the kitchen) was so hard & uncomfortable we ended up moving downstairs. The other 2 bedrooms are downstairs. We stocked k cups for the next guests but I’m thinking it was closed for the winter- there is a keurig and a coffee pot but also a nice Safeway less than a mile away for whatever you might want.」

The property is a nice 15 minute walk to the main strip of Kings Beach and about a 10 minute walk from Safeway. The house itself was clean and we enjoyed the log cabin feel of the interior. The Kings Beach area is a great location for enjoying the scenery without the crowds and traffic of the south shore. Check in and communications were excellent. A very pleasant stay.」

「This was such a wonderful place to stay. The location was awesome, and the lake access was to die for. The only little hiccup we had was not being notified prior to arrival to turn off the bear deterring door mats, but needless to say we figured that out pretty quickly once we arrived:) everything else was perfect! Biggest gripe comes in parking; garage door was not operating and there are VERY few non-garages spots leaving me to park in a grocery store parking lot nearby many evenings.
