レイク ロタワナ ホテル

「Very nice.」

「This hotel was centrally located for us. The room was clean and the staff friendly. Breakfast was great and started our day great. Only complaint was the stopper in the tub was broken and the channels on the tv were limited or blocked.」

「Unfortunately, we were on the third floor, which reeked of marijuana, even though the sign at the desk clearly states, no smoking or vaping. The air conditioner was excellent, but it is clear it was recently replaced improperly. Breakfast was okay - standard hot breakfast, but no juices other than Sunny D.」

「I checked out this morning. Haven't got a receipt yet. Don't know for sure how much my bill was. I asked at the hotel. They said, that they couldn't give me one. Because I got it through Expedia.」

「Great place to stay」

「The room was clean but the light in ceiling needing maintenance. It was coming loose from the ceiling.」

「Conveniently located and awesome for pets」

「The 3rd floor had a very strong chemical smell in the hallway but thankfully it did not spread into our room. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and breakfast was delicious.」

「The property was very clean.」

「The water pressure was not strong in the shower, there were no USB ports by the bed and no guide for channels on the tv or wifi instructions but the room was clean and quiet, the staff was helpful and friendly.」

「The room was dirty, it smelled so bad like cigarettes, it penetrated the rom, make my asthma act up, the bed creaked just by sitting on it, the microwave was dirty the fridge had electrical wired sticking out from the freezer inside, the comforter had white spots on it, the carpet was extremely dirty, the toilet seat had pre splatter all over it, the worst experience of life, id much rather sleep in my car.」

「It was very comfortable and staff was friendly!」
