"Half of the parking lot was blocked off which severely limits the amount of parking near the hotel. Staff never mentioned alternate parking when checking in earlier in the day. There was no parking available when we returned from dinner and I had to go back to the desk to ask where to park. Alternate parking is in a lot across the street from the hotel. I think the $15 per day charge for parking is unreasonable given you have to park in the next block. Hotel also charged two extra $20 charges to my credit card after I checked out. We called my bank while the charges were still pending and they never went through. Check your credit card statements."

"Received 2 cards, one didn’t work, no big deal but neither worked after loading the car in the morning fortunately had taken everything in one trip, but couldn’t get back into the building to verify or anything"

"I prepaid the room on Hotels.com yet the desk clerk also charged my credit card for the room at check in, meaning I paid twice. Hopefully someone at the property will refund the double payment"
