"Staff was good. Facilities are clean. Close to Epcot and Hollywood studios. Many amenities. There is a $50 per day resort fee that is really annoying. "

" We found our stay at The Grove Resort and Water Park to be just okay. When we arrived for our 4pm check-in, we were told our room wasn’t ready, but they would call us when it was available. After nearly two hours of waiting, we stopped at the front desk to inquire and found out that our room was in fact ready but no one had called to let us know. This was a bit frustrating after a long day of travel with four kids. The 3-bedroom condo was a good size for our family of six. However, the kitchen only had very basic necessities (e.g., no oven mitts, dish towels, etc.) and the appliances didn’t work well. The oven took forever to heat up, and the soap dispenser on the dishwasher didn’t work properly so we had to wash our dishes by hand. The toaster also stopped working on the last day of our stay. The resort itself was centrally located (close to the parks and other activities); however, it was very large and confusing to navigate. The hallways were narrow and there weren’t enough working elevators (it wasn’t uncommon to wait 10-15 minutes in line for an elevator with the kids dripping wet after being at the pool). The pool area was the highlight of the resort and the kids enjoyed a couple of afternoons at the water park. Overall, we enjoyed our trip to Orlando for the sunshine, warm weather, and pool time, but we wouldn’t stay at this resort again on our next trip. "

"Overall a great place for families. At first we were put in a room with no wi-fi. Took them a couple of days but they moved us to a new room where everything worked great. Onsite pools and a waterpark. Waterpark is additional $ to enter but worth the price compared to other nearby parks. Staff was really nice but they were short staffed so you had to wait for shuttles etc. My son loved the arcade, marketplace and waterpark. We'd stay here again."
