「We found out last minute that Expedia had overbooked the property so we were left without accommodations for multiple hours on each day. Luxury Atitlan did its ultimate best to accommodate our stay. We would love to hear back from Expedia as we were forced to move on four separate occasions. One particular night was completely off-site and was not comparable to what the nightly cost was. 」

「It is set out as a Luxury apartment but can't really qualify as such. It is nice, but quite noisy as it is right next to a restaurant with live music. Also quite smelly from all the restaurants' grey water just flowing into the lake outside the windows. The bathroom is also very damp with mold on the walls. Everything else was good though, and the hosts were very responsive.」

He is a scammer, asked us to pay him cash because according to him he had not received payment from Vrbo/HomeAway and our pending charge on our credit card would be removed. 「This property was amazing to stay at. The rooms are cute little cabins, with a very comfortable bed and two nightstands. Very minimalistic but it’s all you need and waking up to an unobstructed sunrise view of the volcano on Lake Atitlan. The club and lounge that is nearby the property has the best views as well and reasonable pricing.
