"I was quite impressed with the quality and maintenance of the facilities. The shower was a particular delight - the best rainfall shower i have used in a hotel for long time! Everyone from the parking lot attendant, the reception staff to the lift attendants were friendly, polite and helpful. The complimentary breakfast had a wide variety and was quite tasty. "In my room - 512, part of the skirting board was loose and coming off which can cause injury. In the bathroom, the shower screen couldn't keep in all the water from the shower cos the shower door won't close properly causing some of the water to stand on the floor. These becomes a slip hazard. Staff were very courteous throughout my 5 nights stay. The food was well prepared and tasty, although more can be done about the variety of drinks at the restaurant."

In retrospect, I would have paid for the Lagoon view; it was worth the upgrade compared to a view of the electrical units. The water temperature would never get hot.
