Would stay again, overall good!

Spa was amazing! Friendly and service was 5 star!. I used the nail bar and had my eyebrows done. Rooms were clean and comfortable, the service in the top bar was hit and miss, unless you went to see the bar staff they never asked if you needed anything, until you complain about it several times. They don't carry all the wines that are on the menu. Buffet choices are good and the food was tasty. Communal areas were all very clean and comfortable. Only certain credit card machines take foreign cards, so you have to ask for it as they always bring the local one to take the transaction, even though you have used the foreign one each and every time before. No contactless.

Good stay for business purposes

Hotel ist ok and clean. Area appears to be relatively safe. Staff is friendly and rooms are pretty good. Smalls things like broken showerhead, cupboards don't close properly, ... Er have to expect in a country like Nigeria.

The property didn't have our reservation. We arrived 1am and were to leave 6am. The manager wanted us to pay for a new room. It took 2 hours to resolve issue and we were finally offered a room. The room and hotel was decent and clean but the check in experience was very poor.

I have stayed here before but had not used the spa in the past. I am thankful I did this time, because it was an excelled experience. My stay had its ups and downs. Several of the staff are wonderful and welcoming. We had quite a few visitors come for meals. The food is generally quite good. The service is a bit slow, especially if they are busy. The service in the bar was the fastest and they were great. Having the buffet was generally quick and easy. For other options you need to make sure you have ample time. I very much enjoyed the pool. There were some signifcant issues at check out which caused me to miss my flight back home. That certainly keeps me from saying my stay was great.

The room had a Coffee maker but no coffee packets in room. Pool had no water. Breakfast seemed more continental than a quality buffet. The dinner buffet is overpriced. Had leftover chicken stew from the previous night for breakfast the next day. The coffee was terrible at breakfast. Old white rice. Leftover pineapple and watermelon. Dinner was more expensive than the lagos continental hotel which has a. excellent dinner and breakfast buffet and a little less expensive. Chefs should perhaps visit that hotel and restaurant to see how they do things. Staff were friendly. And . I would not recommend that hotel unless the price less than $200USD per night. The room was okay. Nice and cool. Good wife too.
