"Great place to stay. Very clean and walkable to many touristy places nearby. There is a Trader Joes nearby which is very helpful. I'll recommend this place if staying in SFO. However for room service we had to go to the front desk everytime, they don't pick call. May be they are low in staff which must be very common in expensive city like SFO. Also no food/resturant available in the hotel. "

"the website said there was a shuttle at the airport, called to find out they hadn't had one in years. Also the door to the bathroom goes off the track and gets stuck and is very heavy to move. Scary if you cant open the door and get stuck."

"The room was more on the smaller side of rooms we’ve stayed in at other hotels but it had everything we needed for our stay. We did not have a car and planned most of our stay around Fisherman’s Wharf so the location of this hotel was perfect. Short walking distance times to just about everything we wanted to do! The staff was very friendly and helpful and always easy to find. The property had a fun vibe with an outdoor area and game room. I would highly recommend The Zephyr to anyone wanting to be down near the Wharf!"

"I parked in their secure parking garage from $55 dollars. I parked up 3 levels from the ground floor. Within hours my car rental window was smashed out and my work equipment was stolen. All the receptionist could do is waive the parking charge. Which still showed up on my bill."

"Yes but it would be nice to have some bacon or breakfast meat besides eggs what they have is a continental breakfast not breakfast. Room noisy area above me someone stomping & running hard, with rip in carpet, my other stay there two other times was very nice"
