"Incredible views! Location is quite isolated relative to the small island, so be prepared to scooter (ideally) or taxi quite a bit. Beautiful beaches (Tanote, Shark bay, Freedom) nearby. Staff is friendly and helpful but not all of then speak English. But there will always be someone around who will. Overall a great experience and would recommend to all."

"Good family run hotel. Have stayed on Koh Tao several times including other hotels. We have stayed at Pranee Amata 5 times now and would highly recommend. Will always choose this hotel. All staff are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble."

"Terrible place. Extremely noisy and very rude staff. There is a Rooster right next to the rooms which crows very loud starting at 03:30am all the way until 06:00am making it impossible to rest. Do NOT stay in this place it’s terrible. "
