"The coffee service inside my junior suite was laughable. That’s not a cup of coffee. The espresso machine is fine as a 2nd option, but having a large mug of coffee is what most travelers want. I had to call for multiple refill pods, and even then they brought me the decaf pods."

"Second time stayed at the hotel and would stay there again. Price reasonable, close to shops, restaurants and other fun outings. "

"Pretty decent place. I think that perhaps the bed mix up may have been on Expedia? We ordered a king bed room but got two queen beds? The lady at the desk was incredibly unhelpful with this. Said that it was because it was booked thru a third party app she couldn’t help us. Okay. BUTTTTT. Later I asked for a first aid kit I just needed one bandaid, she said they didn’t have one (which is illegal) … she didn’t give an eff about helping me. I went and got my own. Then the next morning I asked, if they have a first aid kit, they do and the lady got my a bandaid. I tried to explain to her that the person the night before wasn’t helpful and she seemed like she didn’t care. Soooooo idk "

"Inexpensive and easy. Great location near the airport. Airplane noise not an issue, but there is freeway noise if that bothers you. Not the place for you if you have high standards for cleanliness and smells. $25 fee for parking. "
