Fantastic Sunsets from my room and restaurant!! ,which offset the stall-less shower. Air conditioning struggled to keep up with the >100 heat index. The staff knew me and greeted me at every turn and attended to all of my needs.

Free airport transfers were advertised but the airport pick-up wasn't there when I arrived so I had to get a taxi. The hotel has stunning views of the harbour but the trade off is it is at the top of a steep hill.

Breathtaking views and nice rooms. The property is away from the city. It is a bit dated and could use some updates. The restaurant has amazing views of Labuan Bajo and is the best for sunsets. The food was great. Unfortunately, we encountered a lot of smokers.

Perfect stay with a wonderful view

Very nice and comfortable stay. The hotel was clean, safe, and affordable. Nothing bad to say! The service was excellent, the pool area is nice and beautiful views! Walking to and from the town was quick (15 minutes), and the hill wasn’t too bad to walk up. Food at the restaurant is variable enough. Breakfast was very very simple, but good enough. I really recommend this place! If you want peace, quiet, safety, and good service. And pick up service from the airport is extra good!

Hotel is perched on top of a hill , stunning views from bedrooms and common areas - very friendly staff - eager to help and attentive though English limited. If you think you are going to a quiet hotel away from the town, it has music thumping from neighbouring properties until midnight. Even if you complain they can’t do anything. Overall value for money as it is quite dated and could do with modernisation! Good food and service

Great view but very isolated.

The view over the harbor is unbeatable. And the price reflects that. The rooms are spacious and the staff helpful. However because it’s on a hill, it’s rather isolated and it costs 70,000 rupiah (one way) to get into the town for dining. There are no taxis in Labuan Bajo. The hotel provides free pick up and drop off only to the airport. The hot water seems to last for a maximum of 10 mins, unfortunately.

I booked a deluxe sea view double bed room on Expedia. When I showed up at the hotel, they claimed I was booked for a worse room without a view (garden view). Not only that, they put me in a twin room with small twin beds and they said I would have to change rooms on my third night and final night of my stay, which as anyone knows, is a big inconvenience. So, I had to argue with them and get Expedia to help me get the deluxe sea view room I booked and paid for. I spent the first hour killing countless mosquitoes, flies, spiders, cockroaches, and caterpillars. I understand it’s the wild tropics, but the staff clearly put no effort into pest control. There were huge gaps between the front and rear doors and the floors underneath them, allowing any bugs to waltz in. Every time I left the room for a few hours I would return to see loads of bugs, mostly centipedes/millipedes and mosquitoes. Same goes for every morning I woke up. I killed 100 bugs during my 3 day stay. I spoke with other visitors on my boat tour the next day, and they all said that there were few or no bugs in their hotel rooms at different hotels. The staff are nice and always smile and greet you, but unfortunately they aren’t very good at cleaning, pest control, or keeping reservations organized. Internet was very spotty and rarely worked. Internet didn't work most of the time.

Das Hotel liegt wunderschön auf einem Hügel über Labuan Bajo, eine kurze Strecke vom Flughafen entfernt. Hier hat man eine tolle Aussicht aufs Meer und schöne Sonnenuntergänge. Wir hatten ein Deluxe Seaview Room, was allerdings sehr spärlich und einfach in seiner Ausstattung war. Das Doppelbett ist sehr klein, mit einer harten Matratze. Das Essen war gut und kann empfohlen werden. Der Pool ist etwas unterhalb, aber sehr schön und groß. Bei Ankunft um 17:30 Uhr war tatsächlich unser Zimmer noch nicht fertig. Wir mussten eine halbe Stunde warten, dann sogar die Handtücher wechseln lassen, weil unsere leider dreckig waren. Einmal war das Zimmer nachmittags immer noch nicht geputzt worden, obwohl wir sonziemlich die einzigen Gäste waren. Ich musste dann nochmals nachfragen, dann wurde es erst gereinigt. Absolut unglaublich war für uns, dass wir einen Mitarbeiter dabei beobachten konnten, wie er unterhalb der Balkone eine tote Katze vergraben hatte. Der Verwesungsgeruch war sogar beim Frühstück auf der oberen Terasse zu riechen. So eine Aktion ist nicht nachzuvollziehen und wir können dieses Hotel nur als „durchschnittlich“ bewerten.

Fantastisk beliggenhed med storslående udsigt over havet og solnedgang. Ligger meget komfortabelt kun 5 min kørsel fra lufthavnen og 5 min kørsel fra havnen. De fleste er her for at tage til komodo. Gode retter i restauranten. Værelset var fint og vi havde skøn udsigt derfra, badeværelset var dog ret slidt. De glemte housekeeping den ene dag. Meget værdi for pengene

Bellissima posizione con vista sulla baia. Camere vista mare abbastanza spaziose e molto pulite. Trasporto gratuito da e per l'aereoporto (a meno di 10minuti). Personale gentile e disponibile. Per colazione si può scegliere dal menù con molte opzioni e c'è sempre succo, tè o caffè e frutta fresca. Unica pecca forse la lontananza dal porto, a scendere sono circa 20minuti a piedi, ma a salire abbiamo sempre preso un gran bike.
