Sehr zentrale Wohnung. Kleines aber feines Zimmer mit seperatem Bad. Würde ich auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Everything was good but stuff is old and noisy

It is one of this places were you check in and out by yourself, easy to do it, room was big and clean but some stuff was bad like for example luckily it had an A/C since it was very hot but it was super noisy, it has a fridge (was also noisy) the bathroom door stucks, the window drapes were falling… needs a better maintenance

July visit

Great location if you want to visit cinque terre, and also great spot in la Spezia. Room had well needed AC. Floor space was quite tight for two open suitcases. No elevator (first floor) but got help with our luggage from hotel staff. Would recommend.

Ottima sistemazione

La struttura sictrova in pieno centro, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, camera molto confortevole, curata e pulita. Colazione al bar con padta dolce, caffè o ciò che si vuole e succo , insomma lo consiglio sicuramente.

This is a great place to stay

This is a great place to stay. Very clean, new renovated unit (private wash room). Host is warm and helpful. The location is close to every thing, train station, down town (It is a small town). Strong recommend this place.

Good location for exploring Cinque Terre.

The room was clean and quiet. The mini breakfast of pastry, juice and coffee was sufficient and just down the street. The bed wasn't my favorite. Could feel the bed springs so a topper or foamy on top might be good.

The location of the hotel is very good and it is clean. But there is no lift. Although the personel helped to carry baggages in check in, in check out no help. The bed was very unconfortable and the air condition is too much noisy. The personel was very rude!

Hemos estado muy cómodos en esta estancia. No es exactamente un hotel, sino que se trata de una parte de un edificio de viviendas habilitado para alquiler de habitaciones con baño, en este caso había 5 estancias. No tiene recepción. La única molestia era el ruido que hacía la nevera.

Excelente en cuanto a ubicación, limpieza y trato por parte del personal. La gran cantidad de información disponible (guías de viaje de la zona, horarios de trenes, barcos y autobuses, mapas) es otro de sus puntos fuertes. El único pero que le pondría es que se oye todo (limpieza, recepción, salidas y llegadas de otras habitaciones) al dar todas las habitaciones al mismo pasillo.

great budget hotel, don't expect great breakfast

Location was excellent, 5 minute walk from train station and easy access to Pisa Airport. Centrally located for train and bus journeys to Cinque Terre and other major places. Marina and boat trips at bay 5 mins walk from hotel. Although clean check in bit bizarre as it is a series of rooms and no reception. They greet you between 2-4pm. After that have to use keys and messages. No real help except loads of leaflets left out. Rooms small but ok. Clean linen left and rooms are cleaned daily. The breakfast are awful. " outside cafes are given and you are given cards for the duration of your stay. First place was not very accommodating. One stale croissant,cold coffee, no juice,marmalade or smiles. Second place nearer the hotel was a little better but don't expect much for the breakfast. Apart from that if you are there to sight see and not spend a lot of time in the hotel good budget hotel close to restaurants and bars.

The hotel itself is very clean, the staff super friendly and helpful, and it is in a great location. The only downside is that the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. The air in the building was also cold and damp.

역에서 10분-15분정도 거리에 있구요 가격대비 괜찮은 숙소같습니다 까르푸 수펃숙소에서 3-4분거리에 있으니 잘 이용해보세요

가격대비 위치와 숙소 상태 좋았습니다. La spezia 번화가와 가까워 음식점 등 찾기에도 수월했고요. 주차할 곳이 없고, 돈을 낸다고 해도 찾기가 어려웠지만 기차로 온다면 추천할만 합니다.
