Summary:
This gorgeous new construction home is located in PGA West in the city of La Quinta, just steps away from the Famous Pete Dye Stadium Course! This can’t be beat. Walking into the beautiful courtyard you will be treated to amazing mountain views and beautiful landscapes. The courtyard is perfect for entertaining and spending lazy hours relaxing and bathing in the sun. As you step inside, the professionally designed home will indulge you with the modern warm look.

The Space:
The home offers 2 full bedrooms plus a private loft with a wet bar and pull out sofa. It sleeps up to 6 people and offers 2 full bathrooms. This home is perfect for a weekend getaway, or stay for the season!

There is a beautiful large swimming pool and spa just across from the home to enjoy for the whole family. So relax and take it all in while recharging and unwinding from the days activities.
