"Guilla from reception was so welcoming she went above and more to make us feel special which was a great first impression our room was clean and had everything we needed we did spot a cockroach on the balcony which didn’t bother me as it was outside but my wife was worried we called reception and soon after a gentleman arrived at the door sprayed the balcony and the doors never seen any insects after that"

"We had a really enjoyable stay at Palm Beach. The location is great and all the staff we came across were friendly and welcoming. The accommodation is a good mix between a no-frills apartment and a hotel room, which worked really well for a self-catering getaway. The pool area is lovely, although the sun loungers could get quite crowded at busier times. Breakfast had a good selection with plenty to choose from. There was also entertainment for around an hour each evening, which we liked — enough to give the hotel a bit of atmosphere without it feeling too busy or noisy. Overall, a really good base for a relaxed, self-catering holiday and we’d happily stay again."

"Stayed in a self catering studio apartment 3012. Toaster, Oven/Hob, microwave, kettle and large fridge with a small freezer section. 32” TV with some English Channels BBC1 &2 ITV1/2 BBC News & Sky News. Very clean. No air-con only a ceiling fan. Some apartments I believe have air-con which you have to pay more for. House-keeping every 3 days if you are staying more than a week unless you pay €8 a day extra for daily service. Safe in room again extra at €2.50 a day. There is a book swap area in main reception along with luggage room & courtesy rooms. Very popular pool area with a pool bar which is reasonably priced. Plenty of bars & restaurants very close. Don’t expect an early night as the next hotel has entertainment until 11pm. Would be ok if it had aircon but had doors open due to no air-con. When doors are shut it is very quiet. Great location for getting around island 10 min walk to interchange bus station or 5 min walk to local bus route stops. Buses are very frequent but don’t always expect a seat as they can be very busy. Bus travel is very cheap & even cheaper if you have a Ten+ card which you pre pay on."
