「Walking in the lobby smelled horrible and the environment felt unsafe. Hallway carpet was stained and dirty. The room was dirty. Fridge had old food stains. Microwave had old food grease on top. Bed was horrible. Top sheet had stained covers below that also had stains and hair, also pieces of dried food. 」
「2 check in staff at front desk. One not friendly and did not greet or welcome upon arrival. Slightly off putting for initial impression. The other woman who ended up helping us was very professional and friendly. Check in was quick.
Property was clean and pleasantly minimalistic. Room was clean with just the necessities. Microwave was an unexpected amenity we did not use for our one night stay, but would be an added bonus for longer stays.
