"We enjoyed our stay at this comfortable and roomy beach cottage. It was perfect for exploring the Channel Islands and for viewing a lovely Easter sunset on the beach (less than a block away). Mark was great! He quickly answered questions by text and resolved in person the one unexpected issue we had during our stay. If we visit the area in the future, we would certainly consider staying again!"

"Cute little house in a very convenient location to the beach! Was provided with necessary kitchen utensils and beach toys. Upper patio was nice with a beautiful view. Home was clean with necessary amenities. Host was responsive. Cons- ants were all over the kitchen and in the kitchen drawers. Master bathroom shower water was hot. Could not adjust temperature to get it cooler. Spare bathroom shower knob was broken and would not hold water temperature. Had to take cold shower. Outdoor shower was broken which made coming back from the beach covered in sand a little difficult. Would have been nice if that was working."

And the property is small but has incredible fine touches that make it quite comfortable, like a filtered water pitcher, batteries, laundry facilities and product, creative storage and so many other little touches.We will hope to stay here annually. One suggestion: the bed is fragile a moves easily and the mattress is needing replacement. "
