「A delightful stay surrounded by vineyards! The cheese and wine pairing tasting we had was excellent, and the dinners we had in the restaurant were excellent; tased great and good service. Only let down is the overpriced breakfast… not much in the way of hot food, and it’s a self service buffet with consistently burnt pastries so definitely not worth €22 each! 」

「Ce sera la nième histoire de notre voyage dans cet établissement que nous fréquentons (une fois de plus) depuis plus de trente ans. Nous avons vécu sa belle métamorphose par la modernisation des locaux tout en gardant l'authenticité des lieux. D'ailleurs c'est ce que nous venons chercher en passant une soirée a Collobrieres (même le chien y a pris goût). La cuisine est maison et traditionnelle d'un village de l'arrière pays (daube de sanglier ou de chevreuil, de joue de boeuf et évidemment avec...
