"A lovely apartment, conveniently located for subway use and bars and restaurants. We walked to it from Umeda station, after getting the Shinkansen to Shin-Osaka from Khoto, which is close to the city centre, past some nice shopping and eating areas. We stayed here for for the reason of travelling to Universal Studios. Temma subway station is about 12 minutes walk (with a 9 & 7 year old). "This was great stay! There is no reception or staff as you’re virtually renting an apartment. The apartment is absolutely brilliant and so spacious. Would recommend for longer stays as it is really spacious. Its in a great location with great connection to the downtown area. Great connection to Shin-Osaka, Umeda and Namba as well. The area surrounding the apparent has good eating options, couple of convenience stores and also a little shopping arcade. "

"Never managed to get the key to get into our appartement, host wasnt helpful, ad said elevator was an amenities and there was no elevator. Host is now refusing to refund even though we couldnt get in and had to travel to a new location after two hours of wasted time. I highly recommend looking somewhere else to book."

"We really enjoyed staying here. Having the whole building to ourselves was great, and the location is pretty close to the Shinsaibashi street. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, and it was nice to experience a traditional Japanese style room along with a modern bedroom.There is a mini kitchen, and a supermarket is only about 5-minute walk away.
