"洗濯機があるとのことでしたがありませんでした。洗濯機を頼りにしたパッキングだったので手洗いしました。清潔感も良くないです。到着して部屋に入ると虫がいて蜘蛛の巣もあり掃除機をかけようとしましたがその掃除機もヘッドが外れて取り付けられないように壊れていました。そういうわけで床の布団で誰も寝たがらなかったです。"

"My stay at this property in Osaka has highly satisfied me, my brother, along with his friend. The property is very beautiful and welcoming inside, and the house is also located in a quiet neighborhood, with the train station being very close by and Osaka Castle being a 30-40 minute walk. The owner was very friendly and communicated fast. In addition, the rules were straightforward with no issues, but I do wish there was a Wifi connection. Besides that I give this place a maximum rating, highly...

"The property was much smaller than expected. It spans four floors connected by very narrow staircases, so moving between levels requires caution. There was no space for luggage, no closets, and no hangers for clothing or towels. The entire house was very cold, especially after shower, and there was no bidet. Overall, the home is very outdated, which made the stay uncomfortable. I would not recommend this property for elderly guests, young children, or anyone who is tall or plus‑size, as the...

Hotel Monterey Le Frere Osaka

10/10 Excellent

"Hotel staff is professional and friendly, always ready to help. Facilities and rooms are new and clean. Added bonus of lounge wear included in room. Location is convenient with 24/7 convenient stores just downstars, 10 mins of walk to major train station and restaurants that opens til very late just nearby."

The Royal Park Canvas - Osaka Kitahama

10/10 Excellent

"The room is a little small and the couch in the room is a little dirty. I also inquired about potential additional accomodation fees, and the amount quoted didn't match the amount requested on site, so something to keep in mind. There's also only 6 washing machines total, located on the 3rd floor (one was out of service at the time), so there's a bit of a wait if you're hoping to get your laundry done, esp since a regular wash/dry cycle takes 2 hours. The machines also don't fit a lot of clothes, so unless you're a solo traveller, you'll have to pick and choose on what you want to wash. Heavier/thicker clothing may not fully dry within one wash/dry cycle. The gym is also on the smaller side/mostly contains weights, so don't expect a fully decked out gym. Otherwise, the staff are quite nice and accomodating. We arrived early at the hotel and was allowed to check in early, but this probably isn't something to always expect. Our room was also cleaned daily."

karaksa hotel grande Shin-Osaka Tower

8/10 Good

"This hotel is in a nice neighborhood and is minutes away from the Shin-Osaka train station which was important for us. It is also located right next to a Lawson convenience store which came in handy. Our room was very clean and had a corner view. The downsides are the flooring is not carpet, so we can hear the footsteps from the room above us or when they move their table stools around. I’m a light sleeper so any bit of noise wakes me up. Also, there is lack of storage and no safe. Luckily, we didn’t bring any valuables with us and for storage we placed our luggages under the beds. We had to improvise on the way we accessed our daily outfits in advance. Other than that it was a nice hotel."
