「The hotel address was wrong on Expedia and it took awhile for me to find the hotel from the airport (I had dropped off early and had a night flight and wanted a place to rest in the day). Instead of walking a short distance, I had to take a 15 mins cheap didi to the hotel which was still acceptable. On arrival however, the staff were not aware of my booking or could not see it from their end. They instantly contacted their manager and gave us 2 bottles of water while I contacted Expedia who...
