"Room was clean, as were the separate toilet and shower facilities. It was just that I had economised too much. I should have paid extra for a proper room with a private bathroom and ample room for my luggage. Staff were really good and helpful. There was a reasonable bar in the wider reception area. This was also the area where a buffet breakfast was served. It was an "eat all you can" buffet, but the choice was very limited. No hot food at all. And the room was too small to accommodate all...

"The hotel is situated 5 minutes from the S & U Bahn station Berliner Tor which makes it ideal should you arrive into Hamburg by air. The hotel is very well maintained. The rooms are clean and very modern. There’s a bar on the ground floor and a nice restaurant in the hotel. The staff are very helpful, polite and professional. Highly recommended."
