Nice for one night stay

Stayed for one night before an early flight. Easy check in, with very nice service and help with relevant info. 👍 The location is 👎 The basement parking is very narrow, electric cars park outside.

Fine hotel

Had a pleasant short stay, two nights. Friendly staff, hotel is in good condition and clean. Rooms are as you could expect feom a 2 star hotel. Fully functional. Cleaning was good as well. Very close to public transport as well, busses, U- and S-Bahn. Easy to recommend.

The staff has been very helpful and attentive at all times. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. The location is convenient, close to the tran situation and a commercial zone. Only 10-15 minutes away from downtown (Altstadt). Stay again if business travel brings me to Hamburg? Yes, definitely.

I'll start with the good. The woman at the front desk was fantastic. That's about it. The hotel smells strong like cigarettes in the hallways very strong (and I'm a smoker and it bothered me). Parking is 14 Euro and is quite tight. And they require you to bring the ticket to them to validate it which is odd. A lot of people hanging out in front of the building. Rooms are small and the beds are hard. The toilet and shower are in a fiberglass box with a step up which is very odd...makes it difficult in the dark without banging your toes. Just an overall unpleasant stay.

Room was pretty much on the railway tracks with freightrains running by. Would have been less of an annoyance if the aircon had worked, but I needed the window open. Other than that, it was a rather small room, decent bed and an uncomfortable chair (don't go on business and expect to sit by the desk for more than 20 minutes). Breakfast I rate primarily on the parts that they actually make, which was pretty much just eggs boiled for at least 10 minutes after they were done, and scrambled eggs that they should have stopped scrambling quite a bit sooner. Other then that, it was fine. Just fine. The reason for the mediocre rating is that at the price paid, I've had significantly better hotels. Only source for coffee, 3.50 euro in the reception, my room smelled heavily of perfume when I got there and aircon of course didn't work.

This place is a low budget hotel. I paid over 200 euros per night and it had zero amenities. Zero. Even the wifi was so bad that my phone only worked when it was off. So only stay here if it is in the 100 euro range. Then you cant complain about getting nothing.

As gold member of hotels.com, I have been many different hotels all over the world. This hotel definitely the one of worst hotel I have been. The room was not so clean and fish smell on towels. Staffs were neither kind nor helpful. Irons were not enough, I wore wrinkled cloths because there were not enough irons to use. But staffs did not so much care about it. I would never recommend this hotels. Ever!!

Ein sehr sauberes Zimmer und sehr sauberes Bad. Bequemes Bett. Nur der Teppich könnte mal erneuert werden. Personal am Empfang freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist umfangreich und den Preis wert. Ich komme wieder.
