Good breakfast. Convenient location with a nice park nearby and a few minutes walk to the lift down to Hafencity Universitat metro station. About 10 minutes walk to the very modern Westfield Shopping Centre for restaurant options and a good supermarket.

We had a suite which was very big, lots of space. But a rather tiny bathroom and no separate toilet despite the space. Main bed very comfy. Sofa bed rather not, too bouncy and soft.Decent breakfast buffet but no freshly prepared eggs in sight, just the lukewarm buffet scrambled eggs. That said the quality / location / price ratio is very good and we would come again when in Hamburg.

Pre Cruise Stay

Our stay was wonderful. We came the day before our cruise. We were allowed an early check in which was perfect after flying in almost 24 hrs from CA. The room was clean and quiet and the bed was amazingly comfortable. The individual duvets were incredible!! Every staff member we encountered was kind and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. The breakfast was well worth the cost and the restaurant bar also had great food. There were plenty of eateries in walking distance from the hotel and the hop on hop off bus was just a short distance away as well. Loved our stay!!
