I had a wonderful stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was very convenient, with easy access to transport, food options, and nearby attractions. The host was friendly, responsive, and very helpful throughout my stay, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. The apartment was well maintained and thoughtfully equipped, which made it feel like a home away from home. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting KL. I would happily stay here again.

In the heart of it all

Great location in the heart of Bukkit Bintang. Shopping, food, nightlife. All within walking distance. The bedrooms have a great view towards the Merdeka 118 building as well

Good location, walkable distance to food etc. However, was a chore to put the $300 deposit. Instruction to turn on the water heater wasn’t clear. Also, there’s cockroaches in the house.

The location is excellent (literally steps to Bukit Bintang) but the process to pay the security deposit is extremely challenging for tourists arriving after office hours (we have neither local bank accounts nor PayPal). The apartment was adequately furnished but showing slight signs of wear. We were surprised the only towels provided were black in color. There are many house rules in place and we were rather surprised to learn that guests were responsible for taking the trash and clean the dishes upon checkout. We were travelling as a family and we only returned to sleep, so those rules didn’t really bother us but i would have preferred to have known these before hand. Overall an okay place to stay for the excellent price and location.

Avoid!! Smells, filthy and pictures are false.

Terrible stay. Avoid at all costs! Pictures don’t look anything like it. It had a very bad smell, the furniture and rooms are in a very bad condition and we found cockroaches everywhere. But the worst thing is that it’s on the 20th floor and the windows opened fully, with a toddler with us, I couldn’t relax knowing they could easily fall out of a window! We left after a couple of hours and booked in to another place nearby. I explained everything to the owners and they refused to refund, even with the photo evidence.
