I knew I was under good hands as AC Hotel is under the Bonvoy group. I checked in close to midnight and the front desk person was energized, friendly and helpful. Room was clean as expected. Though, bedding and pillows were uncomfortable, but bearable. But this might be a personal preference. I would still recommend AC Hotel giving its cleanliness, service and brand.

Cleanliness is good but missing body lotion. Air con is a bit of noisy and big noise in the morning around 5 AM due to railway operations. Hotel is too close to the track. In addition, hotel requested me to pay accommodation tax even though receipt states clearly taxes had been paid during booking.

Nice and clean hotel away from the hustle of central Kuala Lumpur. Hotel is situated in a ethnic area for those inclined for interaction amongst the locals. Hotel has a pool and decent gym, restaurant for breakfast and lunch, but plenty of ethnic restaurants to choose from in the surrounding area. Quality stay overall for me.

WiFi was inaccessible during my stay.

Room was spacious, clean and cozy. Breakfast was good. Only one thing bad was the internet access. All 4 night stay could not access WiFi in room. Too bad.

This is the best hotel we tried during our visit to Malaysia. It was so good that we decided to book it another 2 times when we got back to Kuala Lumpur from other states. The rooms were clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The hotel location is perfect with 1-minute walk to a bus station, a metro station, and many nice surrounding restaurants. The breakfast was diverse and very delicious. The staff were super friendly, nice, and helpful. On the negative side, you can hear the nearby metro trains as they go by which can be noisy sometimes. The pillows were thick for us that it hurt our neck when sleeping. And the AC controller of the last room we took wasn’t working as expected. But nonetheless, it's a definitely highly recommended hotel that I'd love to stay in again.

Good despite noise from LRT

Overall, the hotel is great for exploring KL. The only downside is the noise from the LRT which can be quite disturbing for light sleeper. Whilst we asked for room that is not directly facing the track, the noise is there.
