Perdi horas sem saber o que fazer e pra onde ir com a minha mala. Eles deveriam ter um depósito. Sim, fala-se na descrição que a recepção não é 24 horas mas não tem avisos claros sobre a bagagem. Entrei em contato com a propriedade e disseram que não poderiam me receber antes nem para deixar a mochila mesmo eu não fazendo o check in.」

「The apartment was as it appeared in photos, very functional and 15 minute walk from Kotor along the gorgeous coastline. For the price and location it is worth it’s money The host didn’t reply to any of my messages about check in until I had messaged multiple times on the website and whatsapp, then was very snippy when i called to ask which room we were meant to check into, telling me he was very busy. We met another couple who had the same issue.」

「Don't stay at that property. This is a tourism scam. The owner is a scammer and does not list their contact information during the booking process so you are unable to ask questions until it is too late, and you are physically at the door of the property and then he refuses to work with the guests. Upon arrival, there were no clear signs directing guests to check-in. The property is not clean and filthy with damp/musty smell. Stay away from this property.」

Saubere Zimmer, tolles Frühstück (viel unterschiedliches, gefüllte Kraut Taschen Mega), auch hier das Personal sehr hilfsbereit, schöner Pool. Generell sehr schöne Anlage und es gibt einen Tunnel zum Meer. Restaurants in der Nähe, Supermarkt. Man kommt schnell überall hin.」

「the bedding was not good. very hard pillows. the maid staff never replaced missing items in the room (tissues, creamer for in room coffee, etc.) the place is new, just opened so i give some grace but the staff is not that well trained. could not tip on card, could not arrange a taxi and pay through hotel and other things, didn't always understand requests.」

La propreté est irréprochable, la literie excellente ; la climatisation très bien réglée est plus qu'appréciable en été. Se garer est assez facile quand les autres clients font l'effort de ne pas prendre deux places pour une seule voiture... les points faibles : L'évacuation de la douche était complètement bouchée. 「Amazing hotel , staff amazing , quality of rooms was excellent . There is major construction outside and it’s very noisy . I contacted Expedia and explained this should be on the website. This is not the hotels fault and they where very simpathetic But there was nothing they could do . The building started at 7 am even on weekends. I would for sure stay again but the building work would need to be completed.👍 」

The rooms are nice, very basic and big. I reserved the rooms with elevator. A few days later they noified me that no more rooms with elevator.....」

「Hotel uses historic building and very good atmosphere but I must say service level is not at professional level. I asked to bring towels to my room but it took two hours after I called twice. There is very limited items in the room and I had to ask for glasses to drink wine. There is swimming area just in front of the hotel but drains from somewhere (maybe from the hotel) make the whole area stink….」
