"The hotel is generally very comfortable. Everything was neat and clean, if i have to be really picky, some parts are a little dated. The breakfast spread is impressive, there is something for everyone. The location is unbeatable, about 3 mins away from the Sapporo station."

"The parking needs to be improved. When we arrived to check in, we spent longer than expected yo navigate the car into the lift. This is despite us being told to fold both side mirrors and after several tries, we were told our car cannot fit into the lift. Strangely, we saw other larger vehicles being able to access. In the end, we have to part opposite the hotel. Not sure if this is because of communication breakdown."

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful whenever I needed anything. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers looking for an affordable and comfortable stay."
