「Surprised at all the positive reviews… this place was far from wonderful. Run down hotel and very busy. Luggage carts hard to get one at check-in, it took an hour to find one. Thermostat didn’t work in the room, it was so cold. We got a suite with 2 queen beds and 1 king, while the bedrooms were big, it was the smallest bathroom for 4 people. It was the size of a closet. Would not recommend. The wood on the furniture was all scratched up and worn. The pool was small and very busy.」
