「Room was beautifully renovated. Great amenities. Walkable to everything. Very cozy, great common area with books and games to use while you were there. Extremely reasonably priced.」

「We arrived in our room smelling of cat urine, and when we went into bed we found dirty bedding covered in bodily fluids. We were not allowed to switch rooms and were not able to have the carpet cleaned during our stay. Very dissatisfied. The pool was lovely however for our kiddo and the staff was polite although not accommodating of a refund or room move.」

「Of all the places we stayed in BC, this unassuming roadside motel was the cleanest, most quiet, and comfortable stay. We stayed in a larger family room and suited our family so well. The beds were comfortable, and not having someone stomping around above us meant we all slept very well. The staff were friendly and super helpful with orienting ourselves around Revelstoke. Parking right outside the door was an added bonus. I’d 100% stay here again.」

「Our room was 80 degrees. We couldn't figure out the thermostat and two different staff took over a half hour to figure it out while my wife was in bed exhausted from travelling. Also one reason we chose to stay here was the restaurant (Numa) but it was closed which was not clear in the booking information. Not open Monday or Tuesday.」
