Mandarin Beach Villa is a fully staffed six-bedroom luxury estate directly on the white sands of Lipa Noi Beach, Koh Samui, created specifically for families and multi-generational holidays.

The estate was comprehensively refurbished throughout 2025 and 2026, retaining its traditional Thai pavilion architecture while rebuilding the experience around modern family life.
