"The room was great and we had a wonderful time (a week). The pool was very nice. Very rich breakfast. The room is always perfectly cleaned, except for the balcony which is forgoten by the cleanladies for some reason. We got the room early which was great. However, the late checkout that we asked for was overpriced. They charged us half a night for a few hours late check out. But more annoying is that they charged us for the current rate instead of the rate we initially booked, which was almost...

Room was spacious and plenty of outside space to relax and hang washing etc. One slight annoyance was the fact mosquitoes somehow were getting in throughout the night even though we had all doors and windows locked and I got bit quite a few times even with repellent on. Another pool was located right on the beach near the bar/restaurant area-it was perfect. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful especially Tim, she gave us directions, suggested places to eat and really looked after us.
