"The apartment was clean and very roomy. The rooms are large and comfortable. Honestly a great location and fantastic place. I'd have given 5 stars if not for the following: - Be aware they only provide one roll of toilet paper for your stay, no matter the length or number of people who are staying. - There are also no broom or vacuum available in the property, so you can't really clean if you stay a little while. - There was no oil or salt and pepper to do any cooking. "It's a really small room. It's located near Hakata station, but it's quite far to get there. so you may take a bus to go to downtown. It's not bad to stay for one person alone. When I stayed there, the internet service are not available and I tried to make it rework, but failed and spent a lot of time to do it. I kept to communicate with the company ( it runs by unmanned business ), but they didn't give me feedback how to fix it. so I COULD NOT USE internet for a trip at the accommodation."
