It is located close to public transport and within walking distance to most of the tourist spots in Hakata. However, there are not many public car parks close to the property.

I wish it was closer to the station and there were more restaurants near it but that cannot be helped by the property owner. Very nice apartment!

Good for family stay, spacious and feel like home.

Overall the property is good, spacious room and beds, surprised to have a washing machine in room. Walking distance to convenient store, restaurants and Hakata Station. There are 2 things to improve: Incorrect entrance code, there’s no A in the code to key; The electricity supply is not working on the right side bed. Except these, it’s a very good property to stay.

Japanese law makes is difficult to honestly review a japanese business. With that said, the property was worth what we paid for the stay. Canal city mall is ~ 14min walk and Hakata station is ~6min walk. Plenty of shopping and good places to eat nearby

Kitchenette is well stocked. Grocery store is within walking distance of around 10 mins. There's on-site parking at a fee but there's only 3 lots. So take your chances. Very clean and comfortable.

I liked cleanness and safe feelings at the entrance and unit area. Close to HAKATA station east exit, there are a lot of restaurants, cafe and convenience stores. It was very kind that there were some taxi companies phone numbers, helped us a lot.

The apartment is well located and vonvenient - it's a 8 minute walk to the Hakata Station. It is true to description but well equipped especially thd kitchen. Thr bathroom was excellent as it's modern and thr ling bath is superb. Management was super helpful and responsive to every query andvrequest we made. Value for money.

Dear SG Residence Inn Hakata Team, Thank you very much for a pleasant stay — everything was perfect in terms of location, cleanliness, and overall comfort. However, I would like to raise one concern regarding the bedding. Unfortunately, the pillows and the blanket in the room (which appeared to be feather-filled) had a strong, unpleasant odor, as if they were old or deteriorating. This significantly impacted the sleeping comfort during my stay. I hope this can be looked into for future guests, as it would otherwise be an excellent experience. Very nice and spacious with a walking distance to Hakata station. Things are just like what you’re seeing in the photos. The room is fully equipped with everything you would need and very suitable for a group travel. Self check in was easy. One thing to improve would be the room cleanliness as there was some dust on certain areas like…on TV, the top of microwave oven, etc. Other than that, things are superb! Highly recommend this place!

A bit far away from Hakata station. It might suitable for family, not so suggested for woman live alone as the area was quite quiet at night. The washing machine and some of the corner didn't clean enough. Overall not bad.

This place felt like a home away from home. It was comfortable and the kids loved it! The only critiques that I would give it is checking in could be smoother because we did not know how to get into the building. We were waiting outside at 3pm and eventually a woman let us in. Also, the tablet for checkout would not turn on and so we had to just leave the room when we were ready to leave. Overall, it was really nice and we would stay there again.

During the trip Kyushu, I stayed in two unmanned hotels. The communication with SG is perfect. I got the check in details via email several days before check in. The check in and check out worked efficiently. However I had check in problem with the other unmanned hotel and I spent a lot of time to finish the check in. The room is bigger than traditional hotel at the similar price. You have everything same as traditional hotel but you will also get the kitchen and the washing machine. It is also as clean as traditional hotel too. It is around 8-10 min walk to Hakata station. I strong recommend SG as you would find the unmanned process without any hassles.
