Good stay in Fukuoka

Good location, check-in easy. I would not rely on the ‘sofa bed’ when booking. It wasn’t suitable for sleeping on. When we raised this management they found a solution that worked for us. Thank you for sorting things out for us.

Checkin was not great, never received the code needed to access the building. Took about 24hrs to get a reply to our written request on the code from customer service. Luckily we got a native speaker to call and get the code the same night as checkin but still a bad experience. Apart from that great apartment, location etc. Superb location for exploring Fukuoka.

 Check in 程序唔理想, 民宿也是訂房當天即時要求登記。 B&Bs also ask for registration immediately on the day of booking. 一定要登記才出發, 但IPAD 取房過程不太好, 為何不直接在畫面 直接顯示PW, 如果你手機訊號不好, 又要等一段時間. CHECK IN process is not very good.  Walk 1min to Canal City, and there is also a Lawson and a restaurant nearby.  this room type is a bit small. If it were bigger, I think I would stay there again next time  早上有直昇機聲音響不停, 不知是什麼機械聲在河的上方In the morning, there was a sound of helicopters ??? I don’t know what kind of mechanical sound it was above the river. 泊車要早, 當7:30PM 前回去已泊凈最後一個位

無人のチェックイン、チェックアウトでしたが、チェックインの時、全員のパスポート提示など求められました。無くても問題無くチェックインはできましたが、事前にアナウンスは無かったので不安にはなります。 チェックアウト時も画面が進まず、結局電話で確実してチェックアウトしました。 コストパフォーマンスは非常に良いのですが、無人対応に慣れてないと少し面倒でした。

위치빼고는 그닥....

위치는 나름 만족합니다. 근데 후드 및 환기구가 너무 더러워요... 먼지도 많구요..소파는 다 떨어져나가서 낡았습니다.. 수건도 3박해도 보충 안되구요. 기존에 있던거 그냥 세탁기에 돌려서 계속 사용했습니다. 다음번에 다시 묵게 된다면 고민을 많이해볼듯하네요...

후쿠오카 시내 여행

체크인 절차가 복잡하고 무인시스템이라 수건 추가 등의 서비스 사용이 불가. 나스카강 주변 접근이 좋으나 주차 옵션이 없어 렌트카 사용 시 노상 주차비가 추가 발생함. 소파 아래나 세탁기 근처 등 보이지 않는 부분 청결상태가 그리 좋지 않음. 공동현관이 있어 치안이 좋고 강이 보이는 뷰라 개방감 좋음. 도보 기준 하카타역까지 15분, 나스카강 강변 7분, 캐널시티 3분.

位置在河邊很漂亮，離運河城、中洲屋台都很近、走去天神也只要10多分鐘，但床頭的插座故障、冷氣出風跟廁所排風口灰塵都蠻多的，剛進去有點小過敏。
