Having a refrigerator and kitchen was very helpful, especially for preparing quick meals and storing snacks. The 7-Eleven just a short walk away was also super convenient. The owners were incredibly helpful and kind, always quick to respond and genuinely caring. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay. "We really enjoyed staying in a real house in a real neighborhood for our trip to Kyoto. There was plenty of room for our small family, and we felt we had a more authentic visit to this beautiful city. A couple things to note for those who read reviews is that the stairs to the bedrooms are very steep and narrow, and I worried for my husband navigating them in the dark at night. The bed in the second bedroom is on the floor, which isn't a bad thing considering this is an authentic experience,...
