Really good location but room is very small and was a bit dusty. In comparison to other hotels we stayed in japan this was the least clean out of all of them but overall still very clean for a normal (non japanese) standard.

Hotel Monterey KOBE
Very clean room daily, laundry was accessible and easy to use. The staff tried to be as helpful as they could, even though there were some language barriers sometimes in the hotel was in a great area.
