「Excellent service from checking in to checking out. Particular excellent service from the Restaurant Manager who was attentive at a particularly busy breakfast time. Room was well equipped with a spacious shower. All together a very enjoyable weekend break. 」

「The entire hotel was absolutely freezing cold including the bar area. Also having a glass shower cubicle in the bedroom is not acceptable. 」

「The owner was very kind and helpful. I stayed on the first floor. He heped me to carry my heavy suitcase up to my room. The breakfast was great! オーナーのコリンさんはとても親切で、留学先の寮に入る前の重たいスーツケースを運ぶのを手伝ってくれました。 グラスゴーからバスで移動し、Academy street前で降りると徒歩5分くらいの場所にあります。駅からも近いです。」

「Check in was quick. Room was dated but clean and tidy. Gym was adequate. However, I barely slept. The room was ridiculously warm, even with the windows open. The walls were paper thin so I could hear everything in the neighbouring rooms. The hotel is on a main road so the traffic noise was loud with the window open. 」

「There was no hot water in the room, the Tele didn't work as there was no signal, there'was no milk for tea or coffee 」

「Absolute dump of a place above an abandoned bar. Reception was a bloke in a car. How this has been deemed fit for use I dont know. Avoid」
