The staff throughout the property were consistently warm, attentive, and proactive in ensuring our stay was enjoyable. A special mention to the restaurant team, who provided excellent service during our meals. We particularly appreciated the morning yoga sessions and the spa, both of which were relaxing and well-organized. The pool was also a highlight, especially for the kids, who thoroughly enjoyed their time there. Overall, it was a very pleasant and memorable stay, and we would happily recommend this property to families visiting Ubud."

"Disappointing stay. Seems there are no staff anywhere. Poor service at restaurants, went to the spa to book and was empty, went to gift shop says it's open but no staff, same with bars. Food was average quality for a high price. Most expensive stay and food we've had in Bali with the lowest quality. Much nicer hotels in the area with staff that are ready to assist"
