「We stayed at the property 9 years ago when it was a Marriott and it seemed like the upkeep of the property was not the greatest. 「Duval House is a lovely option to stay at in Key West. Just a nice walk to the downtown bar and restaurants. The backyard where a yummy breakfast is served is so pleasant. We met several nice people there. My only issue was with the air conditioner location in our room. It’s was right above our bed and kept me awake the first night. Fortunately I discovered a pair of ear plugs in my husband’s shaving kit, so I slept great the second night.」

「Simonton was amazing! It felt like you were in another world while on property. Mature foliage, cute cottages, and amazingly helpful and courteous staff. The rooms were on the older side but everything was well maintained and very comfortable. It was close to EVERYTHING as well we parked our car in their lot and didn’t use it once the entire time since everything was within walking distance. 10/10 recommend.」
