"We had a great time. The house was well appointed. We brought a 30ft Grady White Marlin and had plenty of room to dock. Sombrero Reef is about 15 minutes away by boat. We caught plenty of fish and had Key Fisheries prepare our catch. What an amazing week."

"We stayed for a week in Kim’s house. The house is really beautiful, the pool has a chiller on it which was a great bonus, the dock space was super ample and deep. The beds were actually very comfortable. We had a few issues with cleanliness like dog hair and cockroaches but it is Florida and they turned the house around the same day of our check in. Kim was super helpful with issues we had and promptly tried to resolve anything. Overall, we loved the house, the location and had such a fantastic time. "

"This property was great for the 4 of us. Docking a boat on the canal was great and we had fun exploring the keys from the water. The key Colony amenities were underwhelming so we didn’t use them. But the property itself was great. We were close enough to groceries and other beaches to enjoy. Overall great trip. "
