「The rooms are beautiful and well maintained. They were thoroughly cleaned everyday by a lovely friendly woman. The other staff were so helpful in getting rides and very close to all amenities. Would recommend.」

「Very beautiful hotel right at the heart of Crete old town. The hotel is at the centre of a shopping street and wonderful restaurants, the back side is the beautiful Old Harbor's breakwater and lighthouse. The staff were warm and friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended and would still choose to stay here on my next visit to Chania.」

「Very noisy on a night, air con didn’t work or the hairdryer or the safe, needed a code for the tv no instructions, no one there when we arrived and the same with another couple and they had a code that didn’t work, balcony very small glass floor with constant light on, maybe ask people’s ages we were kept awake till 4am most nights. We are shattered we needed the doors windows open as not a fan of air on however that didn’t work so had to shut everything to bloke the noise. Really not a nice...

「This was a cute and very clean room in the middle of Old Town Chania. Perfect location, one block from the harbor. The room was cleaned every day and there was a lovely terrace for coffee. George responded quickly to all questions. We would definitely stay there again.」

「Great location and Epas was super helpful with recommendations when needed. You have everything you need, supermarket and an amazing bakery just across the street, and the 21 bus stop right in front if you want to go into Chania. If that isn't enough, the beach is only a 3 minutes walk away!」

「We were warmly greeted everyday by the staff!! They were very helpful on every level! Our room came with a plate of fresh tomatoes, cucumbers and oranges with a couple bottles of water in the fridge. Yum!! There was always a plate of cookies and candies at the front desk too. Very conveniently located with 1/2 block to the bus stop, and 1 block to the grocery store one way or the GORGEOUS beaches the other. There is one washing machine available after 4pm (free of charge), so that was...
