「Good staff」

「As a traveler from North America (Canada) who stayed at Rose Garden Premium for a three-country family reunion, here is my perspective: The property’s size is its advantage. You simply have fewer people in the restaurant, pool, beach, lobby compared to larger hotels. Complete absence of water slides make this place unattractive to young families with screaming children, making for a quieter, more relaxing stay. Staff is constantly cleaning and maintaining the property. The food is EXTREMELY...

「I stayed 9 days, nobody speak English, all russian , even the staff.」

「The hotel's main layout was impressive at first glance, primarily because of its central location in the forest. However, as you walk through the hotel, you'll find that it ends at a narrow, poorly maintained beach area. The rows of sunbeds are outdated, and there isn’t a well-kept beachside bar, just a small one that isn't very user-friendly. Additionally, the reception area was uncomfortably hot because they did not have the air conditioning on. I heard that the hotel’s shareholders are quite...

「Hotel hat einen eigenen Strandzugang mit Liegen. Sehr praktisch.

「We booked a luxury sea view room. Please don't bother booking luxury, we never got it. We were put into an economy room on arrival. After complaining, they did move us to a nicer sea view room, which we accepted. But it still was not the luxury room that we booked and paid more for. So my advice is to book sea view, and don't bother paying for luxury. That said, I liked this hotel. The pool was fantastic. The beach was great. The entertainment kept us amused when we were around for the...

「Temiz, sakin bir yerdi. Tavsiye ederim.」

「It was advertised as a 4 star property but i highly doubt it is actually, Dirty carpet in room, rusty curtain rail in shower, nasty dirty grout in bath, post-apocalyptic view from balcony with plenty roosters that gives you unsolicited wake-up call before the sun comes up. Earplugs are a must. Chicken and cats all around the property meaning inside the dining area. I saw cats jumping on table eating from dish left on table while guest went for drink. I tried drink machine 3 times, first i tried...

「Disappointing Experience – Not Even Close to 4 Stars I recently stayed at this hotel, and I can honestly say it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Despite being listed as a 4-star property, it didn’t even meet basic expectations. Service: Upon arrival, there was no welcome or any friendly interaction from the front desk. The staff didn’t speak English, which made even basic communication difficult. This was a huge issue for me, especially when trying to resolve problems with the...

Odalarda buzdolabi yok. Yataklar eski. Carsaflarin temizliği çok kötü.」
