Four Points Flex by Sheraton Yokohama West

10/10 Excellent

"It was a great stay for the price I paid. It’s about a ten minute walk from Yokohama station so there’s lots of stuff to do and it’s easy to get around the area, even going to Tokyo is quite convenient. I would definitely stay here again. My one complaint is that the bathroom grout was stained but I understand they can’t keep it Snow White with guests in the rooms lol. The staff also helped us take our 4 suitcases to our room since my mother and I were having a hard time, I was moving out of the country not taking advantage of the yen. The lobby is on the second floor, and the elevator stops at the lobby every time you go to the ground floor to leave the building for some reason but champagne problems. I hope the staff are being taken care of, they really were all so wonderful, we even gave them some snacks from one of the department store as a thank you."
