Room was new and clean. I watched a movie in the same building toho Shinjuku. Convenient to JR yet price is reasonable. I would stay again. Cons: TV has no Netflix or YouTube app. The area is a little chaotic but there is a lot of food choices.

We were so happy we chose to stay in shinjuku at the start of our trip! Walkable to the train station and the convenience of having a family mart right on the first floor was so convenient! Kawasaki is located between Tokyo and Yokohama so its a great location to stay if you want to do both.

There's not much to Kawasaki city itself. It is best used as a hub or means to get other places you want to see without having to spend exorbitant amounts of money to stay there. I would recommend this to anyone who is visiting Tokyo or Yokohama.

Hotel itself was nice and the staff accommodating. However, inconven-ient location in an isolated industrial area, with day-time hourly shuttle service from hotel to Kawasaki Station (a 15-20+ min. ride), and surprising cab ride was our takeaway.
