"Airport shuttle was right on time. Everytime. Only downside was a lack of a dedicated and well labeled taxi pick up/drop off area. Also reception is on 2nd floor not at street level. Somewhat inconvenient as a reference point."

"The hotel was great and so was the shuttle. Both shuttle drivers were very helpful. The shuttle does run in the morning. It starts at 4am and runs every half hour. The hotel provides a good shuttle schedule. This was a great place to stay especially after a long flight to Japan. "
