「Incredible property. Perfect for larger groups (mine had 6). You get the whole building to yourself and it’s separated by bathroom (which has a private Onsen), bed rooms, and living room. There were some minor issues but the host was very communicative and quick to fix such as a toilet not flushing or soap dispensers being empty. Overall fantastic stay」

「駅から近く、近隣にコンビニがありUSJへのアクセスもよかった LDKも広く1F2Fに計2つのベッドルーム、2つのトイレ自動食洗や洗濯機の洗剤、歯ブラシなど生活に必要なものが用意されており、バスタオルやフェイスタオルも十分な数があった（足りなくなっても洗濯できるので問題なし）施設としては満点に近いですが、以下小さいポイントの合計で星-1です・あらかじめ伝えていた時間通りに伺ったが、鍵が開いており中で清掃員が作業していた、特に悪びれる様子もなく清掃を続けていた・1Fのベッドルームにて夜に室外機？の振動が続いた、自分たちはエアコンをつけていないのでなんの音か不明・「私たちがセレクトしたコーヒー豆を味わってください」と手紙があったがコーヒー豆はなかった、コーヒーマシンはあった・2Fのベッドルームのベッドのうち1台が通電していなかった（枕元電源とライトが使えなかった）」

「HiMoewYa’s place provided such a very beautiful and peaceful respite. It was only a 5 minute walk away from the bus station(also near to cab ride if you want) from Kyoto Station, and a 10-15 minutes walk into the city center, and offered many of the creature-comforts necessary for traveling with kids ( a well-functioning kitchen, a washing machine, plenty of gorgeously-appointed space, excellent air conditioning, and comfortable beds). 「東京から2泊で利用しました。宿泊中オーナ様へ質問が必要な緊急事態が起こりましたが、真摯な対応をして下さり大変快適な宿泊でした。オーナー様は日本語、英語、中国語が堪能で質問の解決に務めてくださいます。全ての部屋が清潔で、素敵な部屋でした！また大阪に伺う際には利用したいと思います！本当にありがとうございました。」

「The property was just as advertised and perfect for 3 generations of a family to stay together comfortably. The location was walking distance to bus stops, train stations, convenience stores and supermarkets. The only issues were that the rooms and house gets very cold if the heat is not constantly running and there was no electricity coming from the outlets in the dining room or bedroom directly above it. These are not something that should deter someone from staying at this location.」

「There was 8 of us who stayed in the house and we all had our own bed. That is why I booked this house and it was perfect. Don’t hesitate if you’re debating on it. You’ll be so glad you did. You’ll get an authentic feeling stay. Short 4 min walk to 7 Eleven and 6 min walk to bus. It is a farther walk (15ish min) from subway, which is what you’ll need to take when you have luggage.
