"My mother and I traveled from the U.S. and had a wonderful stay here. The Mt. Fuji view right in front of the hotel was breathtaking. The food was excellent, the room was very clean, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We also loved relaxing in the onsen. A beautiful and memorable stay with my mother. "Would give 10 stars if I could. The facility is conveniently located near the lake and to convenience stores and bus stops. It is very gorgeous and if you want to make the most of a traditional experience, do not skip the kaiseki. It's very much worth it and they served the best fish I've ever had.
The customer service is top notch. Yoko and another lady (sorry I didn't catch her name) went out of their way to make sure I was able to have my delicious breakfast without missing my ride to my next destination. They hailed a cab for me and worked so hard to help me with my luggage in the pouring rain. They're so wonderful!

They were incredibly understanding and helped us with food substitutions and adjustments so that she could comfortably enjoy our traditional Japanese meals. Their kindness and attention to detail meant so much to us and made the experience even more special.
Everything about our stay was amazing, from the beautiful room and relaxing bath to the delicious food and exceptional hospitality. We felt truly cared for throughout our visit.
