"We found Villent to be a cosy and well-appointed, authentic home. We appreciated very much the differences that made it a truly unique Japanese home from what we are used to, yet it had all we needed also. The location was also ideal for us. "Property is newly renovated so it is nice. Nearest train station is 7-8 minutes and bus stop is almost the same walking distance. Host is quick to respond with email and very helpful with communication on how to navigate the property location via train. Location is a bit far from Dotonbori, USJ, and Expo so not recommended stay for guests with small children or elderly. Dining around the surrounding area becomes limited as they closed early. "料金の安さから期待していなかったですが、思ってた以上に清潔でちゃんとしていました。髪の毛がたくさん落ちていたので掃除機（施設に置いてある）だけかけました。なかなか施設管理の方と連絡が取れずチェックイン前に荷物を置きたくても返事が返ってこず置くことはできませんでした。 必要と感じたものは 洗剤、スリッパ（トイレ用）、お風呂の椅子、キッチンペーパーくらいであとはとても充実していました。 駅から徒歩5分かからないのですごく便利で周りには飲食店もたくさんあり、うちは酔っ払いの声などは全然気になりませんでした。洗濯機もきれいで次亜塩素酸の消毒を持っていきましたがそのまま使えそうなくらい綺麗でした。 駐車場は狭いたので大型車は止められず近くのコインパーキングにとめました。 全体を通してまた次も同じところで良いかなというくらい良かったです。"

"韓国人の友だち家族と一緒に宿泊しました^^ いい感じの外観、綺麗な部屋に広々としたベッド、静かな環境にとても満足してくれましたよ^^ 駅近くではないので、暑いなか4、6歳の子ども連れて歩くのはちょっと大変でした。(駐車場はありません) 入り口の暗証番号は、何度かエラーで焦りましたが、ゆっくり押すと開きました^^ 英語表記もありますが、外国人だけでの宿泊は、風呂の使い方など難しいと思います。２家族一緒に利用する場合や招待して一緒に宿泊するなら良い宿です。"
